Hello! My name is Kortney Deurloo, aka KD.

I created this brand to help women like me! Women who want to make a change, but need some direction. My goal is to help step into your highest potential by giving you the tools to achieve your version of Get Right, both in and out of the gym.

After breaking my kneecap playing basketball, I originally started my fitness page as an outlet to post my journey.  I was transitioning from being a college athlete, to having to find a new routine and  fitness lifestyle. I realized I truly enjoy being able to connect, help, motivate and inspire the next person through health and wellness.

It makes me feel good to know I’ve created a space where positivity can flow and I want to continue guiding  others to achieve their goals!
